5 Ways To Blitz Stubborn Belly Fat

In the last couple of days, I have seen numerous articles on how to get rid of annoying belly fat. Now that's not really a bad thing... but the information in these articles just seems ridiculous to me. I've seen such suggestions as: Dipping bread into olive oil Endless aerobic exercise 500 crunches a day Eating a lot of whole grains Eating only super foods and berries Intense body wraps These weren't just published on junk websites, they were in credible magazines!
Now you might be able to tell during this email that I'm just slightly annoyed... If you've ever tried any of these methods, I'm sure you're just as confused as the anyone else who has read those articles, tried sticking to those ideas, and seeing NO change or results. Not to worry! I'm here to change all of that and give you real advice that will really make a difference in getting rid of that stubborn belly fat. As I've said before it's all about sustainable lifestyle change that you actually want to make. The following methods are the strategies I've found that lead to success almost 100% of the time.
Exercise with weights! Sit ups, planks, leg raises, and other accessory type exercises aren't going to burn off that stubborn belly fat all on their own. You need to be hitting big compound movements that are going to be working your whole body: squats, deadlifts, bench press, pull-ups, rows, etc. This will have a much greater effect on your level of body fat because it's going to increase your lean muscle mass! Guess what lean muscle mass brings? A higher resting metabolic rate, which means you burn more calories per day by simply existing. No ladies you're not going to get big bulky muscles like your male counterparts. Abs are made in the kitchen! A very well-known phrase, but absolutely true! Your nutrition is going to be the most important part in your quest to reducing that bulge above your waistline. The best thing you can do is invest in a professional to help you plan your meals out. You will get your results ten times as fast and gain the confidence you've been craving! Increase your NEAT! NEAT stands for Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis and all that means is moving more in your day to day life! Things as simple as daily walks, stairs instead of the elevator, or inserting different movements throughout your day (if you work at a sedentary job) all add up and make a huge difference. Stop Drinking Not a very popular one, but it is also one of the most important! Alcohol is your body's preferred source of energy, so it WILL burn the alcohol off instead of any of the other sugars and fats that you are consuming while drinking, so guess what... it all gets stored as fat while you're drinking. Sleep More! I know some of you may say "but I can function fine on 4-5 hours' sleep!!" And maybe you can for a little while... but your body can't! If you're doing all the above and still struggling to lose weight, chances are it's your lack of sleep that's the reason why! You need to be getting 6-8 hours a night. Most of all, you just need hard work and motivation. You're never going to get anywhere without it. If it was easy we'd all be walking around looking like ripped and toned gods and goddesses!
