Youth Athlete Training Structure

A fun and motivating program - we'll be tracking their progress throughout the month working towards whichever goals they wish to achieve.  Stay tuned for the next session.

What's it like? A combination of functional strength training, injury prevention, and proper movement mechanics geared towards applying strength gained in the gym to the sports they love.

A new training program is coming to the HPC this Spring! Instructed by our  Personal Trainer Adam Adorisio.
